1. Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.

2. Queensferry Crossing: The Committee will take evidence on the recent closure of the Crossing due to safety concerns from—
Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, Dr Hazel McDonald, Chief Bridges Engineer, and Laurence Shackman, Queensferry Crossing Project Manager (Design and Construction phase), Scottish Government;
Mark Arndt, Operating Company Representative, Amey Forth Bridge Operating Company.

3. Budget Scrutiny 2020-21: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2020-21 from—
Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, Lee Shedden, Director of Finance, Donald Morrison, Head of Asset Management and Procurement, Chris Wilcock, Head of Ferries Unit, and Lawrence Shackman, Head of Major Rail Projects and Technical Services, Scottish Government.

4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2020 from—
Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy, Andrew Crawley, Lawyer, Scottish Government Legal Directorate (SGLD), and Lynne Stewart, Head of Direct Payments, Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate, Scottish Government.

5. Subordinate legislation: Fergus Ewing (Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy) to move—
S5M-20849—That the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committeerecommends that the Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2020 be approved.

6. Budget Scrutiny 2020-21: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2020-21 from—
