1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 5 in private. 2. Local Housing Allowance: The Committee will take evidence from— Ashley Campbell, Policy and Practice Manager, Chartered Institute of Housing Scotland; Maeve McGoldrick, Head of Policy and Communications in Scotland, Crisis; Hannah Aldridge, Senior Research and Policy Analyst, Resolution Foundation; and then from— Sheila Haig, Customer Manager, Transactions - Assessment and Finance, City of Edinburgh Council. Les Robertson, Head of Revenue & Commercial Services, Fife Council. Duncan Black, Depute Chief Officer, Finance & Resources, Chief Financial Officer, Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. 3. Local Housing Allowance: The Committee will consider the evidence heard under item 2. 4. Correspondence: (In Private) The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government regarding the scope of the Fiscal Framework Review. 5. Work programme: The Committee will review its work programme.
