1. Brexit and Scottish Social Security (in private): The Committee will receive a presentation from Dr Simon Roberts, Associate Professor of Public and Social Policy at the University of Nottingham on the impact of Brexit on devolved social security.

2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 10, and 11 in private.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The Carer's Allowance Supplement and Young Carer Grants (Residence Requirements and Procedural Provisions) (EU Exit) (Scotland) Regulations 2020, and The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Social Security Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Allocation of Functions, Procedure and Composition) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2020 from —
