3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument- The Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Amendment (No. 4) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/413)

4. The 2019/20 Audit of Social Security Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

5. The Social Security Response to Covid: The Committee will consider draft letters to the Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People and Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.
