1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Employability and sanctions: The Committee will take evidence from— Rachel Stewart, Senior Public Affairs Officer, Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH); Dr Sally Witcher, Chief Executive Officer, Inclusion Scotland; Tommy McDade, Assistant Director of Employment, Training and Skills, Barnardo's Scotland on behalf of the Young Person’s Consortium; and then from— Marion Davis, Senior Manager, One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS); Rhiannon Sims, Policy Officer, Citizens Advice Scotland; Pamela Smith, People Group Chair, Scottish Local Authorities Economic Development (SLAED). 3. Employability and sanctions: The Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
