1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Human Rights and the Scottish Parliament: The Committee will take evidence from— Dr Katie Boyle, Senior Lecturer, School of Law, University of Roehampton; Prof. Kurt Mills, Professor of International Relations and Human Rights, University of Dundee; and then from— Carole Ewart, Public Policy and Human Rights Consultant; Sanchita Hosali, Director, British Institute of Human Rights; Mhairi Snowden, Coordinator, Human Rights Consortium Scotland. 3. Human Rights and the Scottish Parliament (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received. 4. National Performance Framework: The Committee will consider its approach to the National Performance Framework.
