Consultation on Early Years Assistance (Best Start Grant) Regulations: The Committee will take evidence from- Clare Simpson, Manager, Parenting Across Scotland; Ros Bragg, Director, Maternity Action; Sonya Scott, Consultant in Public Health Medicine, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; Gavin Fergie, Lead Professional Officer - Scotland, Wales & Commercial Development, Health Sector, Unite the Union; and then from— Dr Louise Hill, Policy Implementation Lead, Centre for Excellence for Looked After Children (CELCIS); Mark Willis, Welfare Rights Worker (Early Years), Child Poverty Action Group in Scotland. 3. Consultation on Early Years Assistance (Best Start Grant) Regulations: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 4.
