Richard Gass, Chair, Rights Advice Scotland;
David Wallace, Chief Executive, Social Security Scotland.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument—
The Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/325)

4. Benefit Take-up: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

Proposed future business

At its next meeting, on 28 November the Committee expects to consider subordinate legislation and hold an evidence session on the Citizens Basic Income feasibility study interim report.
