Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether consideration of complaint reports from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland should be taken in private at future meetings. 3. Elections Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM(S6) 8 from— George Adam, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Penny Curtis, Deputy Director, Elections and Freedom of Information Division, and Iain Hockenhull, Elections Bill Team Leader, Scottish Government. 4. Standing Order Rule changes The Committee will consider its approach to draft Standing Order Rule changes. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 6. Elections Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
