1. Declaration of interests: Tess White will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Elections Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to the legislative consent memorandum on the Elections Bill. 3. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7, 8, 9 and 10 in private. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Model Code of Conduct for Members of Devolved Public Bodies from— Tom Arthur, John St Clair, and Ian Thomson, Scottish Government. 5. Subordinate legislation: Tom Arthur (Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth) to move—S6M-01125—That the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee recommends that the Model Code of Conduct for Members of Devolved Public Bodies be approved. 6. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from two Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Maurice Golden, Scottish Parliament; and then from— Pauline McNeill, Scottish Parliament. 7. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Circular Economy and the proposed Cross-Party Group on Medicinal Cannabis. 8. Guidance on the Code of Conduct: The Committee will consider an update to the guidance on the Code of Conduct. 9. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 10. Cross-Party Group: The Committee will consider a note by the clerk.
