1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition from two Cross-Party Groups, and take evidence from— Miles Briggs, Convener of the proposed CPG on Scottish Horseracing and Bloodstock Industries; and then from— Emma Harper, Convener of the proposed CPG on Lung Health. 3. Commission on Parliamentary Reform: The Committee will take evidence from— John McCormick, Chair, and Fiona McLeod, Commission Member, Commission on Parliamentary Reform. 4. Cross-Party Group - approval: The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Scottish Horseracing and Bloodstock Industries and proposed Cross-Party Group on Lung Health. 5. Commission for Parliamentary Reform: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
