Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private, and whether to take any further consideration of its annual report and legacy report in private at future meetings. 2. Representation of the People Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Shona Robison MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government (LCM-S6-74). 3. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2025 to 8 April 2026. 4. Legacy report: The Committee will consider a draft legacy report.
