Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee

1. Scottish Elections (Reform) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Dame Sue Bruce, Electoral Commissioner, Scotland, Andy O'Neill, Head of Electoral Commission, Scotland, and Bob Posner, Chief Executive, Electoral Commission;
and then from—
Isabel Drummond-Murray, Secretary, Ailsa Henderson, Deputy Chair, and Ronnie Hinds, Chair, Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland.

2. Scottish Elections (Reform) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

3. Sexual harassment and sexist behaviour (in private): The Committee will consider revisions to the guidance on the Code of Conduct.

4. Sexual harassment and sexist behaviour (in private): The Committee will consider revisions to the Direction to the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.


Proposed future business

At its next meeting, on 28 November, the Committee expects to consider oral evidence on the Scottish Elections (Reform) Bill and changes to the Code of Conduct in relation to sexual harassment and sexual behaviour.
