Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private.

2. Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill : The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Jen Ang, Partner / Director, JustRight Scotland;
Andy Knox, Principal Solicitor and Director, Lanarkshire Community Law Centre;
Lorna Gledhill, Policy Officer, Scottish Refugee Council.

3. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 

4. The Representation of the People Act 1983 Remedial (Scotland) Order 2019: The Committee will consider its approach to the Order.

5. Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
