During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Declaration of interests: Jamie Halcro Johnston will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 3. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take futureconsideration of a report from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in PublicLife in Scotland, and its own draft report on the complaint, in private atfuture meetings. 4. Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016: The Committee will take evidence on a draft Direction and a draft Resolutionunder the Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 from— Billy McLaren, Lobbying Registrar, Charles Garland, Solicitor, and Neil Ross, Solicitor, Scottish Parliament. 5. Work programme: The Committee will review its work programme. 6. Complaints: The Committee will consider two reports from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland.
