1. Declaration of interests: Foysol Choudhury will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions— PE1887: Create an Unborn Victims of Violence Act PE1928: Provide free rail travel for disabled people who meet the qualifications for free bus travel PE1933: Allow the Fornethy Survivors to access Scotland’s redress scheme PE1945: Ban the extraction and use of peat for horticulture and all growing media by 2023 PE1946: To call on the Scottish Government to pay all charges for homeless temporary accommodation PE1949: Review the rules concerning Dual Mandate MSPs PE1971: Take Robust Action to Stop Motorcycle Theft 3. Consideration of new petitions: The Committee will consider the following new petitions— PE2003: Prohibit reward systems in fast food chains PE2004: Abolish the use of Public Private Partnerships in Scotland PE2005: Formal response to the annual Adoption Barometer Report in Scotland PE2006: Review and simplify the legislation in relation to dismissal of property factors 4. Public Participation Inquiry The Committee will consider issues arising from the inquiry, in order to inform drafting of its report
