BiFab, the offshore wind energy sector and the Scottish supply chain: The Committee will take evidence from- Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, David Pratt, Head of Planning and Strategy, and Andrew Hogg, Deputy Director for Energy Industries, Scottish Government. 3. BiFab, the offshore wind energy sector and the Scottish supply chain: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at today's meeting. 4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 5. Scottish National Investment Bank Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
