1. Declaration of interests: Oliver Mundell MSP will be invited to declare any relevant interests.
2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 and 6 in private.
3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument- SSI 2020/376: The Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Fees) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
4. Funded Childcare: The Committee will take evidence from-
Maree Todd MSP, Minister for Children and Young People, Alison Cumming, Interim Director for Early Learning and Childcare, and Simon Mair, Head of Delivery Assurance, Scottish Government.
5. Review of evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier.
6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
