1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 8 in private. The Committee will also decide whether its consideration of evidence on additional support needs should be taken in private at its next meeting. 2. Declaration of interests: Clare Adamson will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Continuing Care (Scotland)Amendment Order 2017 [draft] from— Mark McDonald, Minister for Childcare and Early Years, Carolyn Younie, Corporate Parenting and Formal Care Team Leader, and Liz Blair, Senior Principal Legal Officer, Scottish Government. 6. Subordinate legislation: Mark McDonald (Minister for Childcare and Early Years) to move— S5M-03892—That the Education and Skills Committee recommends that the Continuing Care (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 [draft] be approved. 7. Personal and Social Education: The Committee will take evidence, in a roundtable format, from— Erin McAuley MSYP, Member, Scottish Youth Parliament; Jordan Daly, Co-Founder, Time for Inclusive Education; Joanna Barrett, Policy and Public Affairs Manager, NSPCC; Jack Douglas, LGBT+ Officer, NUS Scotland; Hilary Kidd, Development Manager, Young Scot; Clare Clarke, Communications Director, Sexpression:UK; Janet Westwater, Teacher. 8. Review of Evidence: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting on Personal and Social Education.
