1. Declaration of interests: Oliver Mundell will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. The Committee will decide whether to hold any future discussions of evidence on the Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill in private. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Education (Fees and Student Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2017(SSI 2017/180) and Welfare Reform (Consequential Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/182) 4. Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from- Ellen Birt, Bill Team Leader, and John Paterson, Divisional Solicitor, Scottish Government. 5. Review of evidence and witness selection: The Committee will review the evidence it heard earlier on the Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill. The Committee will also select witnesses for future evidence sessions regarding the Children and Young People (Information Sharing) (Scotland) Bill. 6. School Infrastructure (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report.
