Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Financial Memorandum of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill from— Philip Lamont, Domestic Abuse Bill Team, Patrick Down, Domestic Abuse Bill Team, and Kevin Philpott, Domestic Abuse Bill Team, Scottish Government. 3. Annual report 2016/17: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017.
