Taxation Inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from— Yvonne Evans, Tax Law Sub-Committee, Law Society of Scotland; Alan Barr, Brodies LLP, Partner and Honorary Fellow at University of Edinburgh; Professor David Bell, Fellow, Royal Society of Edinburgh. 4. Draft Budget Timetable: The Committee will consider a proposed timetable for scrutiny of the draft budget 2017-18. 5. Land and Buildings Transactions Tax (LBTT): The Committee will consider a draft report on the Land and Buildings Transactions Tax.
