1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private.

2. Fiscal Framework Outturn Report: The Committee will take evidence from—
Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, Lucy O'Carroll, Director of Tax, and Daniel Hinze, Deputy Director Fiscal Responsibility, Scottish Government.

3. EU Structural Funds Report: The Committee will consider a draft report.

Proposed future business

At its next meeting, on 9th October 2019, the Committee will meeting in private to discuss the draft Referendums (Scotland) Report.
