1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private. 2. Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT): The Committee will take evidence from— Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, and Aidan Grisewood, Head of Fiscal Responsibility Division, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of Scottish Fiscal Commission as Specified Authority) Order 2016 [draft] from— Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, and Aidan Grisewood, Head of Fiscal Responsibility Division, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution to move S5M-01595 - That the Finance and Constitution Committee recommends that the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of Scottish Fiscal Commission as Specified Authority) Order 2016 [draft] be approved. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Budget (Scotland) Act 2016 Amendment Regulations 2016 [draft] from— Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, Scott Mackay, Deputy Director for Financial Programme Management, and Ian Storrie, Head of Finance Policy, Scottish Government. 6. Subordinate legislation: Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution to move S5M-01839 - That the Finance and Constitution Committee recommends that the Budget (Scotland) Act 2016 Amendment Regulations 2016 [draft] be approved. 7. The Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2017-18: The Committee will consider a paper by the Clerk.
