During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Declaration of interests: Alexander Burnett will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 and future discussions on the work programme in private. 3. Scottish Fiscal Commission Forecast Evaluation Report 2017: The Committee will take evidence from- Lady Susan Rice, Chair, Professor Alasdair Smith, Commissioner, David Wilson, Commissioner, and John Ireland, Chief Executive, Scottish Fiscal Commission. 4. Social Security (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Financial Memorandum from— Chris Boyland, Legislation and Delivery Team Leader, and James Wallace, Head of Finance, Social Security Division, Scottish Government; Kevin Stevens, Senior Business Partner – Communities, Social Security & Equalities, Finance Programme Management, Scottish Government; Dave Signorini, Head of Better Homes, Scottish Government. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
