Social Security (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Financial Memorandum from— Chris Boyland, Legislation and Delivery Team Leader, and James Wallace, Head of Finance, Social Security Division, Scottish Government; Kevin Stevens, Senior Business Partner – Communities, Social Security & Equalities, Finance Programme Management, Scottish Government; Dave Signorini, Head of Better Homes, Scottish Government. 5.
