1. Declaration of interests: Gordon MacDonald and John Mason will be invited to declare any relevant interests.

2. Referendums (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
Professor Justin Fisher, Head of Department - Social and Political Sciences, Brunel University London;
Dr Alan Renwick, Deputy Director of the Constitution Unit, University College London;
and then from—
Michael Clancy, Director of Law Reform, Law Society of Scotland;
Jess Sargeant, Researcher, Institute for Government.

3. Contingent liability (in private): The Committee will take evidence from-
Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, Scottish Government;
Liz Ditchburn, Director General Economy, Scottiish Government;
Gordon Wales, Director of Financial Management, Scottish Government;
Roy Brannen, Chief Executive, Transport Scotland.
