Local government in Scotland: financial overview 2015/16: The Committee will take evidence from— Ronnie Hinds, Deputy Chair, and Fraser McKinlay, Controller of Audit, Accounts Commission; Martin McLauchlan, Senior Auditor, Audit Scotland. 2. Implications for Scottish local government of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union: The Committee will take evidence, in a roundtable format, from— Cllr David O'Neill, President, COSLA; Jim Savege, SOLACE Scotland (and Chief Executive, Aberdeenshire Council); Helen Martin, Assistant Secretary, Scottish Trades Union Congress; Professor James Mitchell, Co-Director, Academy of Government, University of Edinburgh; David Eiser, Research Associate, Fraser of Allander Institute, University of Strathclyde; Stuart Black, Highlands and Islands European Partnership (and Director of Development and Infrastructure, Highland Council). 3.
