Report on Scottish Council Elections 2017: The Committee will take evidence from- Dame Susan Bruce, Commissioner, Andy O'Neill, Head, and Sarah Mackie, Senior Officer - Scotland, Electoral Commission, Scotland. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Representation of the People (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 [draft] from— Joe FitzPatrick, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Roddy Angus, Elections Policy Adviser, and Rebecca Whyte, Team Leader, Elections, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Joe FitzPatrick (Minister for Parliamentary Business) to move— S5M-10205—That the Local Government and Communities Committee recommends that the Representation of the People (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 [draft] be approved. 4. Planning (Scotland) Bill: Committee Members will report back on their community engagement events as part of scrutiny of the Planning (Scotland) Bill. 5. Report on Scottish Council Elections 2017 (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 6. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
