1. Post-legislative scrutiny of the High Hedges (Scotland) Act 2013: The Committee will take evidence from- Kevin Stewart, Minister for Local Government and Housing, Paul Cackette, Chief Reporter, and Julie Robertson, Policy Officer, Scottish Government. 2. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009: The Committee will take evidence from- David Brown, Service Manager, Network Management, Fife Council; Campbell Dempster, Roads Service, and Mark Henry, Roads Service, North Ayrshire Council; Assistant Chief Constable Wayne Mawson, and Chief Inspector Mandy Paterson, Police Scotland. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/120); The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/149). 4. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2016 to 11 May 2017. 5. Consideration of evidence (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda items 1 and 2
