Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 (SSI 2017/273). 3. Consideration of evidence (in private): The Committee consider the evidence heard at agenda item 1. 4. Homelessness: The Committee will take evidence, in a roundtable format, from— Saffron Rohan and Simone Smith; Rhys Campbell, Thomas Lyon, Julie McCallagh and Emma Pearce.
