1. Agriculture and Fisheries update: The Committee will take evidence from-
Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Economy and Tourism, John Kerr, Head of Agricultural Policy Division, George Burgess, Deputy Director of Food and Drink, and Jane MacPherson, Team Leader for Catching Policy and Future Fisheries Management, Scottish Government.

2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following affirmative instruments have been laid under the appropriate procedure—
The Sea Fishing (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. The Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Sea Fishing (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, the Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and the Rural Support (Controls) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 [draft] from—
