2. Instruments subject to made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/117).

3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2021 (SSI 2021/draft).

4. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Disability Assistance for Children and Young People (Consequential Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/122); Foods for Specific Groups (Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/123).

5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 Amendment) (Electronic Authentication) 2021 (2021/116); Non-Domestic Rates (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/120 (C.7)); Scottish Elections (Reform) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2 and Saving Provision) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/124 (C.4)); Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/125 (C.9)); Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/126 (C.10)).

6. Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

7. Tied Pubs (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

8. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a letter from the Minister for Children and Young People regarding proposed new delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3.

9. Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a letter from the Cabinet Secretary for Justice regarding proposed new delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 3.

10. Scottish Government Reporting on Coronavirus Acts The Committee will consider the Scottish Government’s 'The Coronavirus Acts: Fifth Report to Scottish Parliament' for the period from 1 December 2020 to 31 January 2021.

11. Annual Report The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2020 to 24 March 2021.
