1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 8, 9, 10, and 11 in private.

2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instruments have been laid under the appropriate procedure and given the appropriate categorisation—
Food, Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/109).

3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been given the appropriate categorisation—
Plant Health (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Plant Health and Plant Propagating Material (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations (SSI 2021/87).

4. Instruments subject to made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing etc.) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/107); Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 7) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/111).

5. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Budget (Scotland) Act 2020 Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft); Plant Health (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/draft).

6. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Milk and Healthy Snack Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/82); Plant Health and Plant Propagating Material (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations (SSI 2021/87); Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/99); Town and Country Planning (Emergency Period and Extended Period) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/100); Looked After Children (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/103); Food, Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/109).

7. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Zoonoses Amendment (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021 (2021/83); Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Act 2021 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/104 (C.5)); Human Tissue (Authorisation) (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/108 (C.6)).

8. European Charter of Local Self-Government (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

9. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

10. Quarterly Report: The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 4 December 2020 to 25 February 2021.

11. Work programme The Committee will consider its work programme.
