1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private and the Committee will also decide whether its consideration of a draft report on Scottish National Standardised Assessments should be taken in private at any future meetings. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/70) Teachers’ Superannuation and Pension Scheme (Scotland)(Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019 (SSI 2019/48) 3. Review of responses: The Committee will consider the responses to its report Young People's Pathways - a progress report on Developing the Young Workforce 4. Consideration of recommendations from previous Committee reports: The Committee will consider correspondence from the Scottish Government on previous recommendations made in its inquiry reports. 5. Scottish National Standardised Assessments: The Committee will consider a draft report.
