1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private and whether its consideration of evidence taken in relation to EU exit should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. EU exit and the environment: The Committee will take evidence from- Linda Ovens, Director, Entec Solutions and Centre Councillor, Chartered Institution of Wastes Management Scotland; Libby Peake, Senior Policy Adviser - resource stewardship, Green Alliance; Stephen Freeland, Policy Advisor and Co-ordinator, Scottish Environmental Services Association; Rebecca Walker, Head of Function (Materials), Scottish Environment Protection Agency; Iain Gulland, Chief Executive Officer, Zero Waste Scotland; and then from— Michael Warhurst, Executive Director, CHEM Trust; Silvia Segna, REACH Executive, Chemical Industries Association; Tom Shields, Acting Chair, Chemical Sciences Scotland; Janice Milne, Head of Function (Energy), Scottish Environment Protection Agency. 3. EU exit and the environment: The Committee will review the evidence taken earlier in the meeting. 4. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
