Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19: The Committee will take evidence from- Colin Campbell, Chief Executive, James Hutton Institute; Graeme Cook, Director, SEFARI Gateway; Julie Fitzpatrick OBE, Professor, Moredun Research Institute; Ragne Low, Programme Manager, ClimateXChange; Dr Jacqui McElhiney, Head of Food Protection Science and Surveillance Branch, Food Standards Scotland; and then from— Terry A'Hearn, Chief Executive, and Mark McLaughlin, Unit Manager, Flood Risk Management Policy & Planning, Scottish Environment Protection Agency; Francesca Osowska, Chief Executive and Accountable Officer, and Alan Hampson, Acting Head of Corporate Services, Scottish Natural Heritage. 2. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19 (in private): The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
