1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private. 2. Budget Scrutiny 2019-20: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2019-20 from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform; Keith Connal, Deputy Director, Natural Resources, Graham Black, Director, Marine Scotland, Clare Hamilton, Deputy Director, Decarbonisation, and Richard Murray, Acting Deputy Director, Rural and Environment Science and Analytical Services, Scottish Government; and then from— Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work; Simon Fuller, Deputy Director, Economic Analysis, Office of the Chief Economic Adviser, Rachel Gwyon, Deputy Director, Infrastructure & Investment, and Clare Hamilton, Deputy Director, Decarbonisation, Scottish Government. 3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals— The Chemicals (Health and Safety) and Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment of Retained EU Law) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018. 4. Biodiversity approach: The Committee will consider its approach to its work on biodiversity. 5. Budget Scrutiny 2019-20 (in private): The Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 6. Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will continue its consideration of a draft report.
