1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 8 in private.

2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land) Regulations 2020 [draft] from—

Subordinate legislation: Ben Macpherson, Minister for Rural Affairs and the Natural Environment to move—S5M-23896—That the Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee recommends that the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land) Regulations 2020 [draft] be approved.

4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 [draft] from—

8. Common frameworks: The Committee will consider its draft response to the House of Lords Common Frameworks Committee’s inquiry into post-Brexit common frameworks.
