1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from- David Duffy, Junior Vice President, Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland; Dr Scott Hamilton, Principal Air Quality Consultant, Ricardo Energy & Environment; Vincent McInally, Environmental Health Officer, Sustainable Glasgow, Glasgow City Council; Dennis Milligan, Head of Communications, Stove Industry Alliance; Professor Mark Sutton, Environmental Physicist, NERC Centre of Ecology & Hydrology. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Development of Water Resources (Designated Bodies: Modification) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/347); Water and Sewerage Services to Dwellings (Collection of Unmetered Charges by Local Authority) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 (SSI 2017/348). 4. Public petitions: The Committee will consider the following petition— PE1636 by Michael Traill, calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish that all single use drinks cups are 100% biodegradable 5. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
