Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from- Elliot Treharne, Air Quality Manager, Greater London Authority; and then from— Graham Applegate, Principal Policy Officer for Air Quality, Scottish Environment Protection Agency; Craig McLaren, Director, Royal Town Planning Institute Scotland; Stephen Thomson, Head of Environment & Sustainability, Transport Scotland; Eric Owens, Head of Planning and Sustainable Development, Aberdeen City Council. 9. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting. 10. Land Rights and Responsibilities Statement: The Committee will consider its approach to the statement. 11. Wild Animals in Travelling Circuses (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to Stage 2 of the Bill.
