Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Repeal) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the main themes emerging from the evidence received on the Bill at Stage 1. 10. Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will continue consideration of a draft Stage 1 report.
