9. Sentencing (Pre-Consolidation Amendments) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Humza Yousaf (Cabinet Secretary for Justice) (LCM(S5)26).

10. Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received on the Bill.

11. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider a draft report on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny of the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2020-21.

12. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme in relation to Fatal Accident Inquiries.
