1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4 in private and whether its consideration of reports on the Draft Budget 2018-19 and the Islands (Scotland) Bill should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2018-19 from— Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy and Connectivity, Humza Yousaf, Minister for Transport and the Islands, Lee Shedden, Financial Controller, Transport Scotland, George Burgess, Deputy Director, Food, Drink & Trade, and Robbie McGhee, Head of Digital Connectivity Policy, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— The Razor Clams (Prohibition on Fishing and Landing) (Scotland) Order 2017 (SSI 2017/419) 4. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19: The Committee will review the evidence it has heard on the Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19.
