Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Lothian Council) Designation Order 2016 (SSI 2016/407); The Parking Attendants (Wearing of Uniforms) (East Lothian Council Parking Area) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/408); The Road Traffic (Parking Adjudicators) (East Lothian Council) Regulations 2016 (SS1 2016/409) 4. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee will reflect on the evidence it has heard on the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2017-18.
