1. Fisheries Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Fergus Ewing, Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy (LCM(S5)22). 2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The Trans-European Network (Transport) and Connecting Europe Facility (EU Withdrawal) (Revocation) Regulations 2019. 3. Transport (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
