Implications of the outcome of the EU Referendum for Scotland – Fisheries: The Committee will take evidence from— Bertie Armstrong, Chief Executive, Scottish Fisherman's Federation; Alistair Sinclair, National Coordinator, Scottish Creel Fisherman's Federation; Calum Duncan, Head of Conservation Scotland, Marine Conservation Society; Professor Robin Churchill, Emeritus Professor of International Law, University of Dundee; Michael Bates, Group Manager, Scottish Seafood Association; Scott Landsburgh, Chief Executive, Scottish Salmon Producers' Organisation. 2. Seat Belts on School Transport (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Brendan Rooney, Policy Officer, and Kenneth Hannaway, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— The Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing and Fishing Methods) (Outer Hebrides) Order 2017 (SSI 2017/48) The Animal Feed (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017(SSI 2017/38)
