Draft Budget 2017-18: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's forthcoming Draft Budget 2017-18 from— Stuart Mackinnon, Senior Public Affairs Advisor, Federation of Small Businesses; Stuart Robertson, Director of Digital Highlands and Islands, Highlands and Islands Enterprise; Zoe Laird, Community Broadband Scotland Director, Community Broadband Scotland; Glenn Preston, Director, Ofcom Scotland; Professor Michael Fourman, Royal Society of Edinburgh. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the the Aberdeen Harbour Revision Order [draft] from— Humza Yousaf, Minister for Transport and the Islands, Chris Wilcock, Head of Ports and Harbours, and Magdalene Boyd, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: Humza Yousaf (Minister for Transport and the Islands) to move— S5M-02398—That the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee recommends that the Aberdeen Harbour Revision Order [draft] be approved. 5. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee willreflect on the evidence it has heard on the Scottish Government’s forthcomingDraft Budget 2017-18 and consider its approach to future evidence sessions.
