Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider further the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. European Union (Withdrawal) Bill: The Committee will consider recent developments of relevance to its ongoing consideration of the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill. 8. Prescription (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it has heard to date.
