1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 9 in private. 2. Criminal Finances Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Criminal Finances Bill as amended (UK Parliament legislation). 3. Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Annabelle Ewing, Minister for Community Safety and Legal Affairs; Catriona Marshall, Solicitor, Scottish Government Legal Directorate; Jill Clark, Bill Team Leader, Civil Law Reform Unit, Scottish Government. 4. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Apologies (Scotland) Act 2016 (Excepted Proceedings) Regulations 2017 [draft]. 5. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/101); Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/102); Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/112). 6. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Fatal Accident Inquiry Rules) 2017 (SSI 2017/103). 7. Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 8. Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting and reflect on the evidence received to date. 9. Report on instruments considered during the third quarter of the parliamentary year 2016-17: The Committee will consider a draft of its third quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2016-17.
