Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 8. Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting and reflect on the evidence received to date. 9. Report on instruments considered during the third quarter of the parliamentary year 2016-17: The Committee will consider a draft of its third quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2016-17.
