1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/6); Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Rural Housing Bodies) Amendment Order 2017 (SSI 2017/7); Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2017 (SSI 2017/8); Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/9). 3. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Leave to Appeal) 2017 (SSI 2017/4). 4. Scottish Social Housing Charter: The Committee will consider the Scottish Social Housing Charter (SG/2017/2). 5. Report on instruments considered during the second quarter of the parliamentary year 2016-17: The Committee will consider a draft of its second quarterly report for the parliamentary year 2016-17.
